The annual end of year party for the Rotary Club Wynberg is always special. Gifts are distributed – and swopped, to the dismay of some unfortunates – , the meal is good, talking laughing and general good cheer is shared by all.
This year, however was special. We celebrated one outstanding achievement – a Paul Harris – and inducted our latest member.
Past President Mike Schreiber has been credited with reviving the fortunes of the club. His enthusiasm, willingness to jump in and help, keenness for all things Rotary are bywords in the club. In particular his love of children, and their love of him as seen in the Kiddies Day Out and Uncle Pauls is unquestioned. Our congratulations for a very worthy recipient!

We also welcomed our newest member, Stephen van Niekerk who has graduated from Wynberg Rotaract and has decided to continue with the good work of Rotary.

WE had a record turnout to this event and want to thank all our guests for attending. This included many partners of Rotarians :- a special congratulations to Lindsay – wife of Mike.
